NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Mr. Patrissutharsan Rockselvanayagam has applied to Wandsworth Council for a premises licence at: Tooting Food & Wine 849 Garratt Lane, London SW17 OPG to provide the following licensable activities:

For the sale of alcohol to be consumed off the premises. Licensable Hours - Monday to Sunday: From 07.00 hrs to 23.00hrs.

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Council Customer Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
