LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET THE BARNET (PRESCRIBED ROUTE) (NO.4)TRAFFIC ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made on the 9th November 2017 the above-mentioned Order "the Order" under Section 6 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The general effect of theOrder will be to introduce aone-way traffic system in Silkstream Road HA8 so motorists travelling along the length of Silkstream Road between its junctions with Montrose Avenue and Barnfield Road will only be permitted to travel in an east to west direction. The east to west one-way traffic system in the length of Silkstream Road between Barnfield Road and Gaskarth Road will be retained. ACopyofthe Order, which will come into operation on Monday 13th November 2017, plans of the relevant areas and the Council's Statements of Reasons for making the Order can be inspected between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays and Public Holidays excepted) inclusive for aperiod of 6monthsfromthe date on which this notice is published at:

(a) Design Team, 11th Floor, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ;

(b) Hendon Town Hall,Reception, The Burroughs, London NW4 4BQ.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulation made there-under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may within six weeks of the date on which the Order is made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
