LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
THE BARNET (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO.**) TRAFFIC ORDER 20**
NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under Section 84 to the Road TrafficRegulationAct 1984 and all other enabling powers. In order to address concerns about speeding, and improve general road safety the general effect of the Order would be to introduce a maximum speed limit of 20mph in the streets or length of streets specified below:

(a) WoodhouseRoad N12 - between its junction with Fenstanton Avenue and outside Nos. 181/183 WoodhouseRoad
(b) Hilton Avenue N12
(c) Schoolway N12
(d) Ingleway N12
(e) Crossway N12
(f) Crescent WayN12
(g) Garthway N12
(h) Summers Lane N12 - between outside No. 73 Summers Lane and its junction with Woodhouse Road
(i) Shortway N12
 (j) UpwayN12

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send awritten statement explaining their objection/comments, and quoting reference number BC/000864-22/SCR197,tothe Design Team, 11th Floor, Highways, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ or via email to traffic.consultations@barnet.gov.uk within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
