ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
IVES STREET SHIPLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 773) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable water works to be executed on or near Ives Street, Shipley has made the abovenamed Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Ives Street from its junction with Hird Street to a point at the River Aire.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
No alternative route for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available.
The Order comes into operation on 13th November 2017 and remains in force until 22nd December 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 9th day of November 2017.
