(LEADGATE, MEDOMSLEY, HAMSTERLEY & EBCHESTER) (PARKING AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2016 (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 2017
On 02/11/17 the Council made an Order under Sections 1, 2 & 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the "Act"), as amended, the effects of which will come into operation on 13/11/17 and introduce No Waiting At Any Time restrictions on the B6310 Manor Rd, Medomsley being: (a) across the junction with Hunters Close; and (b) across the access of property No. 1 Manor Rd. Full details are contained in the sealed Order, which may be inspected at Consett Library and at County Hall, Durham during normal opening hours, and via the Council website. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by "the Act", as amended, oronthe grounds that any requirement ofthat Act orofany regulation made under it has not been complied with may, within six weeks from 11/11/17, apply to make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
