TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL VEHICLES
HORSES, CYCLISTS AND PEDESTRIANS) U8006, LOWNA TO DALESIDE ROAD ORDER 2017 NO 396 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order to prohibit any vehicle, horse rider, cyclist or pedestrian from using the U8806, Lowna to Daleside Road, between grid references SE 68584 91031 and SE 68094 94469, in the District of Ryedale for a temporary period of 18 months between 11th November 2017 and 10th May 2019. In addition the order will prohibit any vehicles, horses, cyclists and pedestrians from using the southern section of the road, between grid references SE 68611 91258 and SE 68571 91862 (subject to access to premises), due to damage caused by excessive and inappropriate use of the track - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. Landowners who require access will be exempt from the order
