LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Polish Taste Oxford Ltd, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Polski Sklep Zubr, 3 West St Helen Street Abingdon, Oxfordshire, and that I have applied for the conditions of the licence in respect of Selling of alcohol in a grocery store within hours: 08:00 - 22:00 seven days a week.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton park, Abingdon OX14 4SB before 5/12/2015 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
