Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Wyre Forest District Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Blue Bell at 423 Hurcott Road, Kidderminster, Worcs, DY10 2QQ. The application includes the following terms:- 1. To vary the time for retail sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment on Sunday so as to commence at 10:00 hours. 2.To vary the external layout of the premises as per drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
