Variation of a Premise Licence

Notice is given that Keith Tomes of Costcutter Swanage has applied to Purbeck District Council for a Variation of a premises licence in respect of Costcutter 208 High St Swanage Dorset BH19 2PQ for the Provision of alcohol generally between the hours of Monday To Sunday 07.00am until 09.00 pm

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Purbeck District Council .Westport House, Worgret Rd , Wareham BH20 4PP within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
