Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICEishereby giventhat Herefordshire Council,ashighway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the CityLink Road, Hereford, Temporary RightTurn Restriction Order 2017 to temporarilyprohibit vehicles from making aright hand turn the following roads

1. CityLink Road,Hereford



a) Northwards on the westbound carriageway of the CityLink Road to makearight hand turn on to EdgarStreet.



b) Southwards on theeastbound carriageway of the CityLink Road to makearight hand turn on to Widemarsh Street.



c) South-eastwardsonthe eastbound carriageway of the CityLink Road to makea right handturn intoMorrison Supermarket.



d) South-westwardsonthe northbound carriageway of the Morrison supermarket carparktomakearight handturn into



the CityLink Road.

2. BarrsCourtRoad,Hereford-South-westwards on the south-eastbound carriageway of Barrs CourtRoad to make aright handturn on to Aylestone Hill



3.Widemarsh Street,Hereford-Westwardson the southbound carriageway of Widemarsh Street to make aright handturn on to the CityLink Road.

Thesaidrestrictionisrequired due to the likelihood of danger to thepublic duetoworksto construct the citylink road. Thesaidrestriction will come intoforce on 10th November2017 and mayremain in forcefor amaximum period of 18 months,(unlessextended with the consent of the SecretaryofState), butthe works are expected to be completed within 6months.
