Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council,ashighway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the CityLink Road, Hereford, Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit vehicles from waiting on the following roads
1) CityLink Road,Hereford

a) TheNorth Sidefor its entire length, at any time

b) TheSouth Side for its entire length, at any time

2) Station Approach

a) TheNorth Sidefor its entire length, at any time

b) TheSouth Side for its entire length, at any time

3) Widemarsh Street

a) On theeast side of Widemarsh Street from apoint 10mwest of its junctionwith the B4539 Newtown Road up to apoint 80m southwest of its junction with the CityLink Road,atany time

b) On thewest side of WidemarshStreetfrom apoint 10mwest of its junctionwith the B4539 Newtown Road up to apoint 80m southwest of its junction with the CityLink Road,atany time

c) From its junctionwith ConingsbyStreet to its junction with the A438 Newmarket Street/Blue School Street,atany time

d) From its junctionwith BlackfriarsStreet to its junction with the A438 Newmarket Street/Blue School Street,atany time.

e) From apoint 20m with its junctionwith the B4539 Newtown Road from the northern end of the east side of Widemarsh Street, from8:00 am to 6:30pm.

f) Theeastern side of that length of road, known as Widemarsh Street whichextends fromapoint 80m south of its junctionwith the CityLink Road up to its junction with Coningsby Street,from8:00 am to 6:30pm

g) Thewestern side of that length of road, known as Widemarsh Street whichextends fromapoint 80m south of its junctionwith the CityLinkRoad up to its junction with Blackfriars Street,from8:00 am to 6:30pm

Thesaidrestrictions arerequired due to the likelihood of danger to the public due to worksto construct the citylink road. Thesaidrestriction will come intoforce on 10th November2017 and may remain in forcefor amaximum period of 18 months, (unlessextended with the consent of the Secretary of State), butthe works areexpected to be completed within 6months.
