NOTICEishereby giventhat Herefordshire Council,ashighway authority, intend,under its relevant powers,tomakethe U73234 BirchHill Road, Clehonger,HerefordTemporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the useby vehicles SouthofSpringfieldClose OS Grid Ref: 345072 / 237253. Thealternative routefor those affected by the proposal is via Poplar Road onto Pleasant RowRoad,ontoBirch Hill Road and vice versa.

Thesaidclosureisrequired due to the installation of anew domestic gas connectionand the likelihood of danger to the public whilethe works aretakingplace. Thesaidclosurewill come into forceon 27th November2017 and mayremain in forcefor amaximum period of 18 months, (unless extendedwith the consent of the Secretaryof State), butthe worksare expected to be completed within 5days.
