Swanage & Purbeck Development Trust

Notice is given that The Centre (Swanage & Purbeck Development Trust) has applied to Purbeck District Council for a new premises licence in respect of The Centre, 7 Chapel Lane, Swanage BH19 for regulated entertainment (plays, films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance) between the hours of 9am and 12pm and the provision of alcohol between the hours of 10am and 11 pm, 7 days a week.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Purbeck District Council, The Licensing Section, Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, BH20 4PP, within 28 days from the date of this notice (8th December 2017). The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
