Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the U67253 Martins Way, Ledbury, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to
temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: U67253 Martins Way from the junction of the A417 to just beyond Hazle Close OS Grid Ref: 370624 / 236793. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Biddulph Way onto the A449 The Southend onto Leadon Way and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the resurfacing of the carriageway and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 13th November 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 3 weeks.
