Proposal to expand Holland Haven Primary School, Holland-on-Sea

Notice is given in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 that Essex County Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to Holland Haven Primary School (Foundation), Primrose Road, Holland-on-Sea, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, CO15 5PP, from 01 September 2019.

The proposal is to enlarge the premises of Holland Haven Primary School to increase its capacity from 315 to 420 places on a phased basis, with effect from 1 September 2019.

The current capacity of the school is 315 and the proposed capacity will be 420. The current number of pupils registered at the school is 318. The current admission number for the school is 45 and the proposed admission number will be 60.
