Bournemouth Borough Council has made the above Orders on 9th November 2017. The Orders come into operation on 20th November 2017 as detailed below.
SUPPORTING INFORMATION
From 9th November 2017 a copy of this Notice, maps illustrating the proposals, copies of the Order, the reasons for the
proposals and copies of the Orders being amended, may be examined at; The Customer Services Centre, Town Hall Extension, Bournemouth on Mondays to Thursdays between 9am and 4.30pm, and on Fridays between 9am and 4pm.
REPRESENTATIONS
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the
powers conferred by the Road Traffic Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from by 9th November 2017, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

SCHEDULE The traffic restrictions on the following roads as advertised and consulted on between 18th August to 8th September 2017 are due to be implemented on:

The parking restrictions on the following roads as advertised and consulted on between 18th August to 8th September 2017 are not to be implemented on Durdells Avenue, Maxwell Road These orders will become effective on
20th November 2017.
