to St Albans City and District Council for a grant of a premises licence by The Cheese Hole Co. Ltd. in respect of premises known as: 12 Church Green, Harpenden AL5 2TW. The proposed application is Alcohol Sales ON and OFF: - 09.00 -18.00 Monday to Saturday, 10.00 -18.00 Sunday - Seasonally from December 1 st to December 24th and December 27th to 31st 08:00 hrs and 22:00 hrs Monday to Saturday and 10:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs Sundays.

- Cheese tasting events which will be pre-paid reserved (no walk-ins).

- Alcohol to be available for purchase or consumption for two hours between the hours of 18:00 hrs and 22:00 hrs Monday to Saturday to persons present during these pre-booked events ONLY. THE SHOP WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC DURING THESE CHEESE TASTINGS These events will typically last 2.5 hours, typically START between 18:00 and END no later than 22:00. These events will typically be held once or twice a month (subject to demand) circa 30 per annum.
THERE WILL BE NO TASTING EVENTS ON SUNDAYS.
Any representation by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by: Licensing Section, St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Street, St Albans, Herts AL13JE no later than 30th November 2017 stating the grounds for objection. The register of St Albans City and District Council and the record of the application may be inspected, Mondays-Thursdays 08:45 hrs -17:00 hrs and Fridays 08:45 hrs -16:30 hrs or at wwwjtalbam.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale (£5000).
