SOUTH LAKELAND DISTRICT COUNCIL TOWN POLICE CLAUSES ACT 1847

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to facilitate the Kendal Mountain Festival Opening Event the South Lakeland District Council has made the under-mentioned Order THE DIVERSION OF TRAFFIC, KENDAL (KENDAL MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY OPENING EVENT) ORDER 2017 THE DISTRICT COUNCIL of SOUTH LAKELAND in the County of Cumbria under and by virtue of the powers contained in Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 DO HEREBY ORDER THAT:-

THE DIVERSION OF TRAFFIC, KENDAL (KENDAL MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY OPENING EVENT) ORDER 2017

Those streets in Kendal specified in the Schedule hereto shall be closed to all vehicles save those vehicles involved in the Kendal Mountain Festival Community Interest Company Opening Event and emergency vehicles during the period 5.15 pm to 6.15 pm on Thursday, 16th November 2017. The alternative routes to be observed by all vehicles other than those mentioned above shall be as specified in the Second Schedule hereto.

THIS ORDER may be cited as "The Diversion of Traffic, Kendal (Kendal Mountain Festival Community Interest Company Opening Event) Order 2017".
