ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
BELGRAVE ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Belgrave Road, South Norwood.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place: -

(i) Vehicles proceeding in Belgrave Road will be prohibited from turning right into South Norwood High Street;

(ii) Any other traffic management measures required to facilitate the work in progress will be introduced as and when necessary.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic will be via South Norwood High Street.

4. The Order will come into operation on 13 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within 4 days. However the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be necessary.

5. The restrictions specified in paragraph 2 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED, THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
BRIGSTOCK ROAD, THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate new utility services to be installed, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in Brigstock Road, Thornton Heath.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place temporary waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced 'At any time' outside nos 173, 372 and 374 Brigstock Road.

3. The Order will come into operation on the 27 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 5 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

BURDETT ROAD, BEACONSFIELD ROAD, THE CRESCENT, WESTBURY ROAD AND NORTHCOTE ROAD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas mains replacement works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in the above said roads.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place,

(a) Burdett Road will be closed at its junction with Northcote Road;

(b) Beaconsfield Road will be closed at its junction with Northcote Road;

(c) The Crescent will closed at its junction with Northcote Road;

(d) Westbury Road will be closed at its junction with Northcote Road;

(e) Any other temporary traffic management measures as required to facilitate the gas mains replacement works in the above said roads.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 23 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out 6 weeks. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS CHERTSEY CRESCENT, NEW ADDINGTON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate all works associated with the construction of the New Addington Leisure Centre, and the access and egress of vehicles associated with the said works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements and parking in Chertsey Crescent.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place: -

(i) The road will be closed to vehicular traffic, parking will be suspended and vehicles will not be permitted to wait, even for the purposes of loading and unloading goods, at any time in the following locations during the approximate periods detailed:

? Outside Nos. 58 to 88 Chertsey Crescent (including the inset bays outside flat Nos. 56a to 76d Chertsey Crescent). Disabled bays will be temporarily relocated - from 13 November 2017 at 6am to 11 December 2017 at 7pm.

? Outside Nos. 42 to 58 Chertsey Crescent - from 04 December 2017 at 6am to 08 January 2018 at 5pm.

? Outside Nos. 22 to 42 Chertsey Crescent - from 04 December 2017 at 8am to 20 December 2017 at 5pm.

(ii) Subsequent closures of Chertsey Crescent will be introduced in sections and notified to residents as details of the works are finalised.

(Hi) Any other traffic management measures required to facilitate the works in progress will be introduced as and when necessary.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic will be via Overbury Crescent.

4. The Order will come into operation on 13 November 2017 (although works may not start on this date) and will remain in force for 18 months.

5. Residents will be notified with advance warning signs and letter drops prior to the start of any works and the commencement of restrictions.

6. The restrictions specified in paragraph 2 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

CHURCH ROAD, COXWELL ROAD, WESTOW STREET AND WESTOW HILL, UPPER NORWOOD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate contractor works to repair a defect in the carriageway, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements from Coxwell Road into Westow Street and in Church Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:

(a) no person shall cause any vehicle proceeding in Coxwell Road, on reaching its junction with Westow Street, to turn right into Westow Street;

(b) temporary traffic signals will be sited in Church Road to allow alternate working where the carriageway is to be narrowed outside No. 109 Church Road.

3. The alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Westow Street (north-westbound), Westow Hill and Church Road.

4. The prohibitions specified in paragraph 2 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002.

5. The Order will come into operation on 07 December 2017 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 1 night from 2200 hours to 0500 hours. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
