Notice of application to VARY a
Premises Licence
Name of applicant: Co-operative Group Food
Ltd. Address of Premises: Co-op, 2 Church
Road, Bebington, Wirral CH63 7PH.
The premises currently has the benefit of a
Premises Licence, number LN/206000556.
The purpose of this application is to vary the
hours for when the sale of alcohol for
consumption off the premises may take place
from 08.00 - 23.00, Monday to Saturday and
10.00- 22.30, Sunday to 06.00- 23.00 Monday
to Sunday. The application is also to remove
any conflicting restrictions from the licence,
namely, the non-standard timings relating to
Christmas Day 12:00- 15:00 and 19:00- 22:30 and
Good Friday 8:00- 22:30. Conditions will apply.
Anyone wishing to make a representation to
this application may do so by Wednesday 22
November 2017. A record of the application
made to the Licensing Authority will be kept
on a register at the address given below and
the register may be inspected during normal
office hours but by appointment only.
