ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure White Hart Lane, Barnes

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate Network Rail maintenance works at the level crossing they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a level crossing closure in White Hart Lane, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed over the level crossing in White Hart Lane where relevant signs and/or cones are placed.
3. Whilst White Hart Lane level crossing is closed, an alternative route for traffic will be via Mortlake High Street, Sheen Lane, Upper Richmond Road West, Priests Bridge and White Hart lane in both directions.
4. The order will come into effect at 11pm on 4 December 2017. The restrictions will operate from 11 pm on 4 December 2017 until 6am on 5 December 2017 and at the same times for a further three consecutive nights until 6am on 8 December 2017. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or
(c) emergency service vehicles.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Waiting Restrictions Elmfield Avenue, Teddington

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate ducting works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Elmfield Avenue, Teddington.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Elmfield Avenue, from a point outside No 18 Elmfield Avenue to a point outside No 34 Elmfield Avenue.
3. The order will come into effect on 13 November 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 13 November 2017 until 24 November 2017 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Vine Road, Barnes

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate essential inspection of the rail network at Barnes they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a level crossing closure in Vine Road, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in Vine Road, Barnes at its level crossing where relevant signs and/or cones are placed.
3. Whilst Vine Road, Richmond is closed, an alternative route for diverted traffic will be Upper Richmond Road, Rocks Lane, Mill Hill Road and Station Road in both directions.
4. The order will come into effect on 11 November 2017. The works are anticipated to be in progress 11pm on 11 November 2017 until 4pm on 12 November 2017. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Duke Street and The Square, Richmond

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate electric cabling works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Duke Street and The Square, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place,
(a) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in Duke Street between its junction with George Street and Quadrant Road;
(b) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in The Square on the southern side of the island site, from the south-eastern kerb-line of George Street westwards for a distance of 15 metres.
3. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closures will be available via Quadrant Road, The Quadrant and The Square, and via The Quadrant, Kew Road, Twickenham Road and The Quadrant.
4. The order will come into effect on 22 November 2017. The restrictions will be in force from 9.00am on 22 November 2017 until 5.30pm on 23 November 2017 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

Temporary Road Closure Charles Street, Barnes

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a sewer connection, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Charles Street, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed, wait or stand in Charles Street from a point outside the common boundary of Nos 27a and 27b Charles Street to its junction with Cross Street.
3. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Thorne Street, White Hart Lane and vice versa.
4. The order will come into effect on 13 November 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 13 November 2017 until 1 December 2017 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate development works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Sandycombe Road, Kew..
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Sandycombe Road, Kew, from
a point opposite the northern kerb-line of Gainsborough Road, southwards for a distance of 18 metres.
3. The order will come into effect on 13 November 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times for a maximum period of 18 months, during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
4. Nothing in the Notice applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
