STONECLOUGH RD TEMPORARY CLOSURE

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1)
THE BOLTON (STONECLOUGH ROAD, KEARSLEY) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.141) ORDER 2017

The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order, the effect of which, being operative from 11 November 2017 between the hours of 10pm & 7am, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Stoneclough Road, from Quarry Rd to Back Stoneclough Rd. Alternative route will be via A666 Bolton Rd, Manchester Rd, Agecroft Rd, Rainsough Brow, Hilton Lane, Bury New Rd, Higher Lane, Ringley Rd, Kearsley Rd, Market St. The Order is necessary due to bridge works which will last for approximately 1 day and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
