Development at: Land Between The Eastern Roundabout Of Junction 26 Of The M6 (with The M58 And A577), The A571 Billinge Road/Foundry Lane Junction, Known As The M58 Link Road And Smithy Brook Road, Known As Pemberton Link Road Wigan
For Planning Permission:
Proposed extension and creation of highway to form a 2.3km single carriageway link road between the eastern roundabout of junction 26 of the M6 with the M58 and A577 and the A571 Billinge Road Foundry Lane junction known as the M58 Link Road From here the road will connect to Smithy Brook Road known as Pemberton Link. Proposal to also include sports pitch relocation and flood light illumination at Orrell St James ARLFC. Demolition of up to seven residential properties including one dwelling located at 133 Brook Lane and one social housing apartment block containing six social housing apartments.
