Notice is hereby given that I, Mura Trading Ltd have applied on 30/10/17 to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for West Ivy, 2 Rock Place, Bury BL9 0JX to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: 10:00 - 24:00 Monday - Sunday and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: Playing of recorded sound between the following hours: (provide days and operating hours to include bank holidays) 10:00 - 24:00 Monday - Sunday

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 9.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
