Notice is hereby given that, we, Lid UK GmbH have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Trafford Council lor a Premises Licence for Lidl UK GmbH, (Former PC World site) Chester Road Stretlord Manchester M32 ORT for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall Talbot Road Stretford Manchester M32 OTH no later than 27/11/2017. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@traflord.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. It Is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence Is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
