Registered Office: 12 Main Street, Irvinestown, County Fermanagh, BT74 1GJ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special general meeting of the IPS will be held at Mahon's Hotel, 12 Mill Street, Irvinestown, Enniskillen, BT94 1GS on Wednesday 22 November 2017 at 8pm for the purpose of
considering and if thought fit passing the following:
A Special Resolution 1) 'THAT, the IPS be wound up voluntarily'. Ordinary Resolutions 2) 'THAT, John Hansen of KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP be an?d is hereby appointed liquidatorfor the purpose of such winding up'. 3) 'THAT, the Liquidator's remuneration be fixed at their normal
charging rates, which may be amended from time to time, according to the time properly spent by them and members of
their staff in dealing with the winding up of the IPS (including those falling outside
their statutory duties) and that they be authorised to draw their remuneration on account at such intervals as they may determine'.
Special Resolution 4) 'THAT, pursuant to Article 140(2) of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, the Liquidator be authorised to exercise any of the powers specified in Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the said Order'.
