Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant


Arnold Clark Automobiles Ltd proposes to apply for planning permission and conservation consent for demolition of the vacant former car dealership/garage at 163 St George’s Rd/4-24 Grant St, Glasgow, G3 6LB and the erection of a residential development with ground floor commercial units and associated works.

A public exhibition of the proposals will be held in the former Arnold Clark premises at 147 St George’s Rd, Glasgow, G3 6JB on Wednesday 15 November 2017 from 2:30pm to 7:30pm.

This notice does not relate to a planning application and comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council at this stage. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is submitted normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken and there will be an opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
