PETITION: P1001/17 NOTICE is hereby given that on 12 October 2017, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session at Edinburgh by ARNOLD CLARK AUTOMOBILES LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 454 Hillington Road, Glasgow, G52 4FH craving the Court inter alia to make an order under section 1021 of the Companies Act 2006 that the whole right and title to: (a) the subjects known as and forming 11 Port Glasgow Road, Greenock, PA15 2UD registered in the Land Register of Scotland under title number REN75428; and (b) the subjects known as and forming The Ladyburn Bar, 9 Port Glasgow Road, Greenock, PA15 2UD registered in the Land Register of Scotland under title number REN40349; vest in the said Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited. In which Petition Lord Tyre at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 17 October 2017 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and First Deliverance to be advertised once in "The Edinburgh Gazette" and "the Herald" newspapers and allowed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers with the Principal Clerk of Session at Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within 21 days after such publication, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
