BURY NEW RD TEMPORARY ONE-WAY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1) THE BOLTON (BURY NEW ROAD, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY ONE WAY TRAFFIC) (NO.137) ORDER 2017
The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, the effect of which, being operative from 22 November 2017 between the hours of 8pm and 11pm, will be to implement one-way traffic for all vehicles travelling along Bury New Road between Mill St and Castle St. Alternative route will be via Bury Rd, Crompton Way, Tonge Moor Rd and Folds Rd. The Order is necessary due to manhole repair works which will last for approximately 3 hours and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
