ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL HOSPITAL ROAD, RIDDLESDEN TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO.762) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable water works proposed to be executed on or near Hospital Road, Riddlesden intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Hospital Road from a point outside No. 9 Hospital Road to a point outside No. 11 Hospital Road. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Hospital Road (unaffected section), Carr Lane, Granby Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on 10th November 2017 and remain in force until 17:00 hours on 10th November 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 26th day of October 2017.
