Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 (Deceased Estates) of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above mentioned deceased, late of 3 West End Cottages, Baldersby, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 4PR, who died on 31/07/2015 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before two months from the date of this publication, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which he has had notice, and will not be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
