(GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT) ORDER 2015 DIRECTION UNDER ARTICLE 4(1)
SOUTH MOOR FARM AND EBBERSTON COMMON FARM, LANGDALE END
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North York Moors National Park Authority has CONFIRMED the Direction under Article 4(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 which relates to the land described in Schedule 1 below and applies to development described in Schedule 2 below. The Direction was made on 11 April 2017, confirmed on 21 September 2017, and will come into force on 14 April 2018. Schedule 1: The open plateau of land at Ebberston Low Moor, Langdale End (comprising land within South Moor Farm and Ebberston Common Farm, Langdale End). Schedule 2: The use of land as an airfield, including the taking off and landing of any form of aircraft, being development comprised within Class B, Part 4, of Schedule 2 to the 2015 Order. The effect of the Direction is that the permission granted by Article 3 of the 2015 Order shall not apply to the development described and such development shall not be carried out within the land described unless planning permission is granted by the National Park Authority. Maps identifying the boundaries and a schedule of the Direction can be inspected at the North York Moors National Park Authority Headquarters, The Old Vicarage, Bondgate, Helmsley, YO62 5BP during working hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
