Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the B4232 Jubilee Drive, Colwall, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: B4232 Jubilee Drive from the juction of Chase Road and Jubilee Drive to The Wyche Cutting outside Church Cottage OS Grid Ref: 376768 / 243425. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Walwyn Road onto the B4218 Chance's Pitch onto the A449 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to the safe access to cut trees at Thirds Wood on behalf of Malvern Hills Trust and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 6th November 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
