Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises. The above named has applied for a new premises licence in respect of private functions in the lounge. We apply to provide alcohol and entertainment on an ad hoc basis within normal licensing hours, Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00 The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8:00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).
