I give notice that NYCC Waste & Countryside Services is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the construction of a Waste Transfer Station (1920 sq. metres), site office (84 sq. metres), pump house building (36 sq. metres), weighbridge and associated office (137 sq. metres), 2 No. storage containers (30 sq. metres), 3 No sprinkler water tanks, 5 No. 8 metre high floodlights, car parking (640 sq. metres), vehicle access and turning area, 2 metre high palisade perimeter fence and gates and boundary planting (Re-submission).

Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Ryedale District Council, Planning Department, Ryedale House, Malton, North Yorkshire during all reasonable hours until 8 November 2017. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk
