Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH AF10, ADFORTON (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2017 which temporarily closes the said footpath at from OS Grid Reference SO 4102, 7029 to SO 4105, 7049. The closure is required because of a dangerous footbridge. There is no alternative route. Queries on this proposal may be directed to Balfour Beatty Rights of Way tel: 01432 349512. The Order comes into operation on 19 October 2017 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
