It is 71.88M2 and is presently used as a weights room for the club. The proposal is to extend it to 156.99M2 by extending to the back and front equally by 5.9M. The existing roofline and timber clad look would remain the same. The building would then be used to improve the changing facilities and treatment room at the club (presently contained in an adjoining building) and to also house a Spa facility consisting of a Sauna, Steam Room, Plunge Pool and Jacuzzi.
