THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Mundaydean Lane, Marlow in the Parish of Great Marlow CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Mundaydean Lane for 15 metres North of property Called Ryecroft. Alternative route: no diversion route is required. The closure is required whilst new gas connection works take place commencing on 6November 2017. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6November2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 27 October 2017

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Wardrobes Lane, Loosley Row in the Parish of Lacey Green CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Wardrobes Lane from junction of Woodway. Alternative route: Wardrobes Lane, Woodway, Pink Road and Pink Hill. The closure is required whilst new water connection works take place commencing on 6November 2017. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6November2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Windsor Hill, Wooburn Green in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Windsor Hill for 120 metres from Broad Lane and 500 metres from The Green. Alternative route: Broad Lane, Wycombe End, Wooburn Green Lane, Holtspur Lane, The Green and Windsor Hill. The closure is required whilst cabling works take place commencing on 13 November 2017 between 0800 and 1600. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13 November 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Dolesden Lane, Turville Heath in the Parish of Turville CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Dolesden Lane from junction of Oxford Road to its junction with Balhams Lane. Alternative route: Balham's Lane, Balhams Lane, Road Running Through Stonor, Section Of B480 Through Middle Assendon, Road Between Little Bix Farm And Middle Assendon Farm, Fawley Bottom Lane, Section Of B480 Through Lower Assendon, Fairmile, Marlow Road, Henley Road, Skirmett Road and Fingest Lane. The closure is required whilst fibre optic cabling works take place commencing on 15 November 2017 between 0800 and 1800. The proposed Order will come into operation on 15 November 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Notice is hereby given that on 18th October 2017, the Council MADE The Buckinghamshire County Council (A4155 Henley Road, Medmenham) (40 mph Speed Limit) Order, 2017 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.' The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on 6th November 2017, is to impose a40miles per hour speed restriction in that length of A4155 Henley Road, Medmenham from apoint 60m west of the roundabout with South Close in an easterly direction for 810m to a point 225m east of the woodland car park for Danesfield School. Acopy of the Order and plans showing the lengths of road referred to, together with the Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected on the Council website under consultations and at County Hall, Aylesbury. If you believe the Order is invalid because it does not comply with the legal requirements, you can apply to the High Court by 29th November 2017.
