Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(U21300 Dragoon Fields, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of U21300 Dragoon Fields, Bromsgrove from its junction with B4184 Finstall Road to its junction with U21301 Rigby Lane in order to facilitate water connection works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U21301 Rigby Lane, B4184 New Road, B4184 Finstall Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 30 October 2017.

(U40406 Horton Lane, Hampton Lovett)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of U40406 Horton Lane, Hampton Lovett from its junction with C2146 Broad Common for a distance of 550 metres in a southerly direction in order to facilitate bridge examination works.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2146 Broad Common, A442 Kidderminster Road, C2074 Doverdale Lane, U40406 Horton Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 22 November 2017.

(U20622 Poplar Lane, Romsley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of U20622 Poplar Lane, Romsley from its junction with U20623 Bromsgrove Road to its junction with U20621 Dark Lane in order to facilitate water main works.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U20621 Dark Lane, U2002 St Kenelms Road, B4551 Bromsgrove Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 21 days Commencing: 20 November 2017.

(U20009 Parish Hill, Bournheath)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of U20009 Parish Hill, Bournheath from its junction with U20009 Bournheath Road to its junction with C2062 Dordale Road in order to facilitate Western Power works.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U21201 Fairfield Road, U21200 Dodford Road, C2062 Dordale Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 20 November 2017.

(U20621 Dark Lane, Romsley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close thatpartofU20621 Dark Lane, Romsleyfrom its junction with U20622 Poplar Lane to its junction with U20615 Hillcrest Road in order to facilitate water main works.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U20621 Dark Lane, C2002 St Kenelms Road, B4551 Bromsgrove Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 21 days Commencing: 20 November 2017.

(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2017 [Limited Waiting on Ombersley Road, Droitwich]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to limit waiting Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 6.00pm 3 hours no return within 2 hours on the following side and length of road in Droitwich:-Ombersley Road (south side) from a point 19 metres east of its junction with Burrish Street for the remainder of its length a distance of 37 metres in an easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
