PROPOSED SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS - LEOPOLD ROAD, WIMBLEDON AMENDMENTS TO CPZ ZONE P2s THE MERTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (WIMBLEDON PARK) (NO. 4) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201* THE MERTON (PARKING PLACES) (WIMBLEDON PARK) (NO. 2) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton under the powers conferred by sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, propose to make the above mentioned Orders, and under section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and section 90A-F of the Highways Act 1980 respectively propose to introduce a zebra crossing and a raised table in Leopold Road, Wimbledon Park.

2. The zebra crossing would be located outside No. 36 Leopold Road and the "controlled area' in which stopping, waiting and loading is prohibited at all times would apply on both the approach and exit sides of the crossing. The maximum extents of the zig-zag marking would be 20 metres either side from the middle of the pedestrian crossing.

3. The general effect of the Orders would be to remove one parking bay and extend the "no waiting at any time" double yellow lines restriction on the south side of Leopold Road adjacent to No. 113 Woodside Road by 5 metres to facilitate the introduction of the pedestrian crossing described in paragraph 2 above.

4. The raised table would be 75mm high with a 1:20 gradient across the full width of Leopold Road, from a point 4.5 metres west of the north-western kerb-line of Woodside Road, westward for a distance of 9.2 metres.

5. A copy of each of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including a plan which indicates the length of road to which the Orders relate and the proposed raised table and pedestrian crossing, can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.

6. Any person desiring to comment on the proposed Orders, pedestrian crossing or raised table should send a statement in writing of their representations or objections and the grounds thereof, to the Environment and Regeneration Department at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, or alternatively by email to trafficandhighways@merton.gov.uk quoting reference LEOPOLD ROAD ZEBRA, no later than 17 November 2017.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON INTRODUCTION OF A 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT IN ABBOTSBURY ROAD, SW20 The Merton (20 MPH Limit) (No. 6) Traffic Order 2017
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, on 23 October 2017 made the above mentioned Order under section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to impose a speed limit of 20 miles per hour in the length of Abbotsbury Road that lies between the north­western kerb-line of Central Road and the south-western kerb-line of Bury Grove.

3. A copy of the Order, which will come into force on 30 October 2017, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, including a plan specifying the length of road affected by the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

REMOVAL OF LOADING BAY IN CRUSOE ROAD
THE MERTON (GOODS VEHICLES) (FREE LOADING BAYS) (REVOCATION) ORDER 2017
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton under the powers conferred by sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, propose to make the above mentioned Order.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to replace the loading bay in Crusoe Road, the north side, opposite Nos. 48 to 52 Crusoe Road with a single yellow line waiting restriction operating Mondays to Fridays between 8.30am and 6.30pm inclusive.

3. A copy of the proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, including a plan which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates can be inspected during the Council's normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.

4. Any person desiring to make representations or to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their representations or objections and the grounds thereof, to the Environment and Regeneration Department, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or alternatively by email to trafficandhighways@merton.gov.uk quoting the reference ES/CRUSOE ROAD no later than 17 November 2017.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON PROPOSED WAITING RESTRICTIONS THE MERTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the "Waiting and Loading" Orders would be to amend the Merton (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1977:-

(a) so that waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle for 20 minutes) would be prohibited at any time in the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this notice;
(b) so as to consolidate and match waiting restrictions in the other roads within CPZ S3 to the current on-street layout.

3. A copy of the proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, including plans which indicate the lengths of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.

4.
