Notice is hereby given that on 13 October 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley Sheriff Court by Colin McConnell Taylor, South Walton Farm, Newton Mearns, Glasgow, G77 6QQ for restoration of South Walton Renewables Limited to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006. In accordance with First Deliverance granted by Paisley Sheriff Court on 13 October 2017, any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within eight days of the date of this advertisement.
