NOTICE is hereby given that on 14 September 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton by David William Baird, former Shareholder of Baird Electrical Services Limited having their Registered Office at 165 Main Street, Wishaw ML2 7AU ("the Company") craving the court inter alia, that the Company be restored to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 19 September 2017, appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given, Andrew Steven, Watters Steven & Co, Solicitors, 291/3 Brandon Street, Motherwell ML1 1RS (Ref AS/MC/Baird), Agent for the Petitioner.
