LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Ufest Limited hereby make application for a Premise Licence in respect of the field opposite the main car park entrance at Barleylands Farm & Craft Village, Barleylands Road, Billericay, Essex.CM11 2UD

The proposed licensable activity is: Provision of regulated Entertainment (Films, Live & Recorded Music) Supply of Alcohol for any three days in one year starting 2016 Open - 10.00, Close 23.00.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days of the date below. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected st the Council's office address given above, by appointment, between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays)

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale (currently £5,000)
