Notice is hereby given that East Lancashire Leisure Ltd have applied to Blackburn with Darwen Council for the grant of the premises licence for
1) Sale of alcohol & opening hours of the premises - Sunday to Thursday 1100 to 0100, Friday & Saturday 1100 to 0400

2) Regulated entertainment -Sunday to Thursday 1100 to 0030, Friday & Saturday 1100 to 0330

Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above by: 16th November 2017 It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
