Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U73012, Burghill Lane C1103 To C1095, Burghill, Temporary Road Closure Order to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U73012, Burghill Lane C1103 To C1095, Burghill, from Burghill footpath 16 north for approximatley 40 mtrs. Grid Ref: 347785 / 243934. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Burghill Lane onto the C1103 onto the C1095 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to gas works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 30th of October 2017 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
