TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (East) (No.40) Order 2017" authorising the stopping up of awestern part width of Holyrood Crescent adjacent to the eastern boundary of Betty Entwistle House at St. Albans, in the City and District of St. Albans to enable development as permitted by St. Albans City and District Council, under reference 5/16/2039.
Copies of the Order maybe obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State,National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House,Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park,Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/2979) and maybe inspected during normal opening hours at St. Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St.Peters Street, St. Albans,Hertfordshire,AL1 3JE.
Anyperson aggrievedbyordesiring to question the validity of or anyprovisionwithin the Order, on the grounds thatitisnot within the powers of the aboveAct or that anyrequirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6weeks of 25 October 2017 applytothe High Court forthe suspension or quashing of the Order or of anyprovision included.
