Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1124 From Marden To C1125, Marden , Temporary Road Closure Order to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1124 From Marden To C1125, Marden, from the junction with Whitehouse Close west for approximatley 30 mtrs. Grid Ref: 352280 / 247533. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Orchard Green onto Walkers Green and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to gas works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 23rd of October 2017 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
