(C2017 Drayton Road, Chaddesley Corbett)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2017 Drayton Road, Chaddesley Corbett from its junction with U13605 Woodrow Lane to its junction with U13601 Barrow Hill Lane in order to facilitate open cutting works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2017 Drayton Road, B4188 Hackman's Gate Lane, A450 Worcester Road, C2185 Woodrow Lane, U13605 Woodrow Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 13 November 2017.
(U12147 New Road, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of U12147 New Road, Kidderminster from its junction with U12151 Corporation Street to its junction with U12153 Market Street in order to facilitate lay new domestic service works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U12147 New Road, U12155 Oxford Street, A451 The Ringway, U12148 Green Street, U12150 Dixon Street, U12147 New Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Worcestershire CountyCouncil areto consider makingan Order the effectofwhich will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side ofroad in Kidderminster:-:
Stoney Lane (north side) from a point 14 metres south east of its junction with Stourvale Drive for adistance of40metres in a south easterlydirection. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (WaitingRestrictionsand StreetParkingPlaces) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition ofWaiting on Habberley Road, Kidderminster]
On 5 October 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side ofroad in Kidderminster:-
Habberley Road (north side) from a point 92.3 metres north west of its junction
with Mason Road for adistance of63.3 metres in anorth westerlydirection.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil
enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited
waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 26 October 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevantmap and StatementofReasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
