Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council in accordance with the above act: 1.Name of applicant: Thirsk Farmers Auction Mart Co. Ltd. 2.Postal address of premises: Blakey Lane, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 3AB 3.Proposed variation to licensable activites: To include Off Sales and to extend licensable hours by one hour to start from 10.00. 4. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. 5. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by not later than 8th November 2017 6. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
