REASON FOR INQUIRY

Durham County Council considers it expedient to make Revocation and Discontinuance Orders at Land at Mill House Farm, Windmill, Bishop Auckland relating to buildings permitted under planning references 6/2005/0524/DM, 6/2008/0197/DM and 6/2008/0256/DM

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will attend at the place, date & time shown above to consider whether the Orders should be confirmed.

Members of the public may attend the inquiry, & at the Inspector's discretion express their views. A copy of the Orders & of the map referred to therein may be seen at County Hall, Durham, DH1 5UL on application at all reasonable hours.
